The apartment is located on the 1st floor (not ground floor), overlooking a quiet courtyard. In the close vicinity there are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés. Below the apartment, on the ground floor there is a bar, mostly active on the weekends and may cause a minor noise. Due to the soundproofing floor between the apartment and the bar, there where no major noise problems in the past. However, for light sleepers this apartment may not be ideal.
